    The fixed width style.

    The horrible "Have Feedback" link next to my username.

    Thats all that immediately springs to mind.

    It looks completely out of place.

    I don't like how cramped everything feels.

    You've got too much stuff in such a little space.

    If you're going to have a sidebar on the index, you shouldn't have it on a fixed width skin.

    The welcome bar is too convoluted as well. I don't see a need to have the "Feedback" link next to my name, and I really could care less about how many unread posts there are.

    My suggestion, for the welcome bar, is to move Unread Posts (including the number) to the Quick Links menu and move the "Have Feedback?" link to the AdminAddict menu.

    I actually like the Unread post part ^^;; but the skin IS cramped up, which if I am correct is something they will be fixing! : D

    Okay, let's see if we can get this fixed-width skin issue corrected on the current skin rather than waiting until our new one is completed.

    Where should I be looking, to make the adjustment? (I am by no means a designer and have no clue where the width is specified in our skin)

    It'll be hard because I have no idea what our original designer did to make it fixed.

    Width is generally defined in the StyleVars section of the theme, in the Admin CP.

    Main Table Width (pixels or percentage)

    I just pick the style without the sidebar. There is a toggle sidebar hide/unhide script that allows the option to hide the sidebar. Means you don't have to have two styles.

    What don't I like about admin addict? There's nothing I dislike about admin addict though there's at least a score of issues I could name that need addressing but these are mainly cosmetic and don't warrant me as disliking.

    That's what I thought too, but that setting is at 100%, so that's obviously not it. LOL

    Our designer did our skin kind-of oddly and out-of-the-ordinary so as Savage said, it's going to be hard.
    Maybe it's this part of the CSS definitions:
    Code:
    #wrapper {
    background: url('/forum/images/adminaddict/misc/wrapper.gif') repeat-y;
    color: #000;
    width: 892px;
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 0 4px;
    }
    :confused:

    That would probably be it, though it may mess with the header by making it 100%.

    I don't know if there isn't anything I dislike. The welcome box is a little cramped like others have said. Unread Posts, New Posts link doesn't make any diffferent to me really. Outside the forums though, I don't really visit anything else.

    Marketplace page just seems to be an outdated RSS cache of the forum which I can see on New Posts.

    Haven't really been looking for a site so the directory isn't visited after I submitted my own.

    Article publication on the front page is infrequent so no reason to visit it often.

    So I just come to the forums. Don't mind the sidebar myself and its only on one page so just live with it.

    The forum width in percent is about 75%-50% if I am not wrong...

    Quickly viewing the source, it does look like the whole thing is inside a DIV as follows ;

    HTML:
    <div id="wrapper">
    So yes, its possible that 892px is whats limiting it.

    (Disclaimer: HTML is not my strong point)

    Depends on your browser window I guess... my browser is about 1150 pixels wide. Some days a little less. Some days a little more. Its never full screen though.
