Where can I go to sell a site?

I am thinking of selling one of my sites, but I am unsure where I could go.

I want to make sure that all offers are serious offers, and the people making the offer is serious about closing the deal.

In a nutshell, send me to a great place where I can sell a site!

 

That's one place- though, I'd like to do it on a site where they have been on the web longer and have a reputation where users sell sites frequently and get buyers in a nice amount of time.

I would first recommend Flippa. Secondly, I would recommend any webmaster-like forum, like AA for example. Personally I don't see anything wrong with using a marketplace like ours. The age of the site you are selling on isn't going to affect the potential buyers.
