Social networking and your forum

    I find social marketing to be a waste of time for most sites and forums. If you do not have $500 to invest in PPC ads on Facebook or a 'Sponsored Link' spot on Google, then it is really not worth time. At least that is what I think.:thumbsup:

    You dont have to buy ads to get the best out of social networking for your site. Twitter is a great example of that. I have gotten a few members ever since I joined twitter 2 weeks ago.

    I use twitterfeed and it works wonders for my community - we probably get a few members from twitter as well.
