What are your thoughts on posts in your staff forums adding to your staff members' postcounts? Do you allow posts in your staff forums to add to postcounts?

I set my staff forums to not add to postcounts since it can result in staff increasing their postcounts more easily than other members.

I would allow it as its for important matter. Besides I don't think anyone is comparing post counts.

Postcount means nothing, the only thing that really matter is the quality of the posts so posts in staff forums add to postcounts at Post Bomb.

I second this, yes the content of the post means more than the post count itself.
