Have you ever had a rough partnership? Or some kind of large conflict or disagreement with your co-admin? What is your solution to situations like these? Have you ever completely split, with one person somehow keeping the forum to themselves?

In total, I've worked with three co-admins in my forum lifetime - two of which are the ones here.

So far, I've been lucky to have flawless partnerships and no issues whatsoever.

    Flawless.

I mean, we'd disagree often, but all in all, great experience and was great enough for me to try it again.

I have always been the admin, just had supermoderators, and moderators. Things do go wrong sometimes and you just have to carry on.

    Exactly.

However, have any of you had situations that kind of stop you from carrying on?

I've been extremely lucky when it comes to partnerships. It's actually quite coincidental - I have worked with Tyler (Savage X) in the past on a variety of other web-based projects, but this is the first time that I've worked with Nick. Even as this is so, all three of us share a lot in common, which helps tremendously when it comes to managing a community.

Once you find the right partner(s), stick with em' and have a blast. :)

I have had some pretty massive problems.
I could have given up, and maybe i should have, but i'm proud of what i've done.

I have ran into some hard decisions too.

I follow my instincts, or, post at an administrator forum and get input.

And, with the many experienced administrators, I'm sure everyone can loan their 2 cents.

    Mhm.

    You seem very experienced, yourself.

Are B'n'S along with MB your first (successful) forums?
