Are you signed up with Google Webmaster Tools? It will show you a list of your site's position in Google for the keywords they list you under. I don't know about finding the position for keywords you specify, though.

For example if I was the owner of AA, I might want to know on what page of results its is going to be when I search for certain keywords such as "admin resources".
I was wondering if there is a tool to do just that.

OHH, got it! Umm, not that I know of. x.x I just search on my own some words that I think might be related to my site.

Hm, I don't believe so. The only way I know of is to do so manually. Search in Google and go through the pages and see where you come up.

If you're not in the first ten pages, then I don't see what the benefit of knowing would be.

I scanned for three phrases to a search depth of 100 and only got the message "Not connected - not doing anything". Wonder if that means it isn't listed for those phrases at all.

look in the bottom right corner of it and it'll show you as it goes through each page.. the left status bar doesn't update as quickly

if it doesn't show, you're probably not listed in the top 10 pages

I'm not claiming to be an SEO expert but if you have some targeted keywords you're not hitting on feel free to make a thread (not trying to give you permission, just give it more recognition, plus you know, your points for the contest haha) and we'll see if we can help you out

if you'd rather not I always accept PMs

so yeah, apparently google is blocking some of my requests through that tool now.. even when I try to google the keywords directly from the site I have to enter a captcha -- so use it sparingly

also, check your results manually too.. I noticed that a couple of mine were a spot or two off on the good side when manually checking

always remember to google search not logged in

I should have known to keep an eye on it instead of going back to the AdminAddict window. Thanks tryfuhl. Yep, apparently I suck at getting the keywords I want! I'm going to look through my keywords and see if I can figure out what to do about this.

which site(s) are you targeting and for what keywords?

I'd be more than happy to look through them and make any suggestions as I'm sure many others would.. maybe in a new thread for more exposure?
