Looking for forum partnership!

i have a forum "webmaster" related

and i was looking for a partnership with someone as i have few other projects,and i cant
take care of the above forum, the forum is in phpbb and is in few months about 2 years old,
and i know that it has potential but becuase of my other projects i just dont have the time for
it.


so,with that said, i was looking for a person that has the experience to:
-install,modify,add mods,advertise,fix errors,know ways in making money,
get more members to sign up,ban,edit treads,seo,add more content to the site (all content must be legal ,and no warez ,and xxx on site!),etc...

if you want to convert to other script the forum you can do it ,no problem as long
is legal.

this will be a full time job for you only!

what you get? for doing this?:
-whatever money the website is making ,from donations,adsense,any income that comes in
you get your %%,

Now about the %%,you will tell me how much you want ,your part for making the site earn money,

pay: you will get pay the next day from donations if any,and from adsense ,one time a month after
i get paid .
