for exemple :
if you search for this pchychology forums at google : http://www.city-data.com/forum/philosophy/

you will find that thare is a title description like that "Philosophy forum - Epistemology, logic, ethics, morals, philosophers, consciousness, ego, free will- city-data.com "

and not just the forums name like that: Philosophy forum

so i want to make a description appered like a title for each forums of my board
