I read a post by our friend @ProSportsForums where he mentioned using hashtags.

I know a while back some people thought they were useless outside of Twitter, but now Facebook is using them and you do see them in a number of places.

    Do you use hashtags?
    What terms do you hashtag?
What is the best way to utilize this in your forum?

The primary term I hashtag is my site name. I want to create a global brand as recognizable as the Golden Arches or the ESPN logo.
My site name is copyrighted and trademarked so my hashtag is unique to my site and my brand across all social media and the internet.

I'm not a twitter user, so I'd never actually used them for posting Since they've been introduced to Facebook, however, I have certainly have used them for searches. I think this is going to make Facebook marketing even more targeted than before, and I'm glad to see it there. I may even have to rethink my anti-twitter stance. :)
