Creating a promotion forum?

    This is an original guide by me, i wrote it originally on XCodeHQ, another forum i'm at, and decided to post it here too. First time writing a guide like this, hope i did well~! :)

    all three key components of a promotion forum.

    uniqueness is necessary because there are so many great promotion forums out there, professionalism will attract users to the site, and services need to be done quickly so that members will use the services again
