    Interesting news going on in Australia - one of the forums I am a member on is being sued


    one of the worst things forum owners would have to deal with !

    Good question. I don't think its one of the mainstream ones.

    According to that they have been sued before and came out on top.

    It seems that their server is in Australia as is the organization suing. The Safe harbour agreement may not apply when it is between two Australian organizations? I am unsure on this one.

    They may be able to be sued for defamation under Australian law and bypass any USA legal issues.

    I think it is one where the lawyers could be the ones making money.
