Even if they aren't it's okay. Im going to enjoy watching the response when this case doesn't get thrown out and this has to go on till January at least.

The nerd rage at XF will be at an all time high.

I get why people are really getting upset at the thread closings on XF.com.

The mods seem to be just arbitrarily closing any thread they want to, and over the past few days, not even posting an explanation as to WHY they're closing the thread.

    Things have honestly gotten overly-ridiculous.

I noticed that as well. Once the settlement terms are announced tomorrow the mods actions might become clear.

will the judge give his definite ruling while the folks are there in his courtroom in January?

or could he listen to the arguments and issue a ruling weeks or months later?

I'm not sure if it's a trial by jury then a verdict will be rendered after the closing arguements, either in hours, days, or maybe a week. highly unlikely it takes longer than hours or days.

If it's up to the judge only, then it could take any where from weeks, to even months if he has a backlog of verdicts to get out.

They have blinders on. If this doesn't open some eyes nothing will. The judge would never let it get this far if there wasn't something there. This resent ruling says volumes about the case against xenforo. Even the wannabees should see that.

The case is never going to end. The XenForo supporters seem like smart lad's most of the time, I just dont get why they are hanging on this hope that IB is just some how going to magically drop this and move on.

Soon as this round concludes it's going to be followed with appeals, until people's heads explode. XF 1.2 will never see the light of day if they're waiting to release it at the conclusion of the trials.
