Individual Name formatting based on usergroup.

I'm looking for this mod with another user, it looks like we have a developer to take care of it, so there is a chance we'll have it here at some point.
What are your thoughts on these mods, here is a description and I'll add a link to the vBulletin version to compare.
I dig them, they offer the users options to change the way their name looks and it's not terribly annoying to other users.

I'm the other user looking to get this mod for my own site along with Brandon. We will have a custom version made for our sites but it'll cost us some cash to get it developed. What are your thoughts on the feature?
