I think one of the high points for me, recently, has been the release of XenForo. I was getting really sick of vBulletin becoming more and more cluttered. With XF I feel like posting and running forums has become fun again. I will probably never move my "big board" to XF because it would mean a significant drop in revenue but I'll use it on all new projects.

High point: the awesome advancements the internal MyBB 2.0 theme mockups have made
Low point: watching several once stellar forums die (none my own, though)

Unfortunately you'll have to wait a bit. All we have right now are HTML mockups, not anything functioning yet. ;)

Haha thanks for the info. Im with xenforo, but im just interested in MyBB because its the best free script and I use to use it.. xenforo is the best paid software I'd say. So yea 2.0 should be awesome, cant wait to see how it will turn out. Do you have a estimated time or anything? like years, or months?

No, no estimate yet - not even internally. It's hard to predict timing with a complete re-write like 2.0, and as it's still in planning currently, there's not really anything to gauge the timeframe by, anyway.

It;s sad some people are so stupid :-) Especially when they just random choose ebsites because they have the keyword "hellenic" or "greek" before community :-)
