Could anyone update me on the situation of the company that own vBulletin lawsuits against xenForo. I think this could potential ruin the image of vBulletin if they are going to start bullying smaller companies.

But the funny this is that there is no legit reason. vb is bringing themselves down.

It is. Kier said straight up that he wanted to rewrite vBulletin, so why did he even need vBulletin code? Either way, even if Internet Brands wins, look what it will do to its already-tainted reputation.

Unfortunately vb's rep is tied to IB. IB is who is doing all this, not vb itself.

So you can dislike what IB is doing and still like the vb software.

Agreed VB3.8.x was the best but it fails to XenForo...

    x 2... I still run a vb site that is on 3.65
I am SOO glad I found xenforo before I did an upgrade to 4.0 on either the old site or my new site.
I almost made a BIG mistake!
Like I said before on the xenforo forums, I do not think IB has a chance in hell in the lawsuit but I guess we will have to see what a judge says.

Yes I also think IB has no chance at all.

IB stands for internet brands. They own vB.

Yes, as Terrorz stated Internet Brands now owns Vbulletin. They used to be owned by Jelsoft when Keir and Mike were there, but then they got sold off to Internet Brands and shortly after Kier and Mike left to start Xenforo.
    In a nut shell anyway.
