August 2012: What are your goals for your site?

What goals do you have for your site?

Well my 17th birthday is later this month(August 24th) so as a birthday wish I hope that me and my staff can actually come together in unity.

lol I have a better chance of growing wings and flying

I also hope to gain about 200 new members this month as well(in July we got 100 total, so i am hoping for double)

 

Probably to surpass 130k posts and over 10k threads. Also, maybe 4k members?

 

I don't really have a target in terms of new members/posts ect, but I do hope to increase them.

My target for this month is to play around creating my own theme. It might go terribly wrong, but I've been messing around with photoshop recently, so it's a little challenge to myself.

Already have a dev board setup and will probably start with some ideas tomorrow.

 

Hmm, it would probably be to get 1k unique visits per month and reduce my bounce rate by 30% on one of my rebooted projects.

 

What's your current traffic looking like?

 

For the month of August (1 - 8) I have;

Keep it up, what type of forum are you running?

 

I'd like my forum to pass 2k posts, and I have some other goals as well. I want to have our freeroll leaderboard, and freeroll group promotions coded. So it will automatically remove users from the freeroll group if they don't maintain the monthly post requirement.

 

The goals I would say are the same as always. I am looking to have more traffic and more members. Of course, I always like to see an increase in posts and activity from one month to another. You all have some great goals!

 

I don't have any set goals this month, just let the forum grow naturally.

 

How's that coming along for you? is your traffic rising? how about new members per day?
