I have recently started using Postloop, and it seems to be good so far. I have made a grand total of 5 posts and have received around 18 so far. The post quality is top notch, and I have only gotten members that are interested in the genre of the forum.

I highly recommend this to everyone.

Ya, the members I got were interested in my community too. I just haven't had any time to go through the postloop forums and do some posting. =p

Why does it link to /track/00003? Postloop referral URLs are in the format of /invite/username aren't they?

I beleive the spot is a paid advertisement spot, so it could have been the requested URL to use, I'll leave this open for Kaiser to come on and clear it up when he comes back on-line

    Hey-o

Ashley is correct: it is indeed a paid ad, and I did request the /track/00003/ URL to help me track performance for that specific slot. It's just another keyword that can be used to refer others to Postloop.

Both /invite/ and /track/ will work as a Postloop referral link. When using an ad banner, I prefer to use /track/ because it just seems more appropriate. Likewise, /invite/ seems more appropriate for referring others. If you want to refer others using /track/timestandstill, you could do that as well, and you'll still receive credit for those referrals. /invite/ and /track/ are the only referral "keywords" I've set up though.

Yeah I've been using Postloop lately and found it to be a nice way to gain some good posts / improve activity levels. The only downside is if you don't keep up, your forums will eventually get disabled when your pts drop below -10.

Did you get a reason for rejection?

They said, its because the posts are of small length (i made each post more than 2 sentences long) and because i haven't created any thread (they mentioned that i need 10 posts for a staff to review me). They never mentioned i need threads too.
    I don't like their "professional" standards. ;)

Hmm, good be some misunderstanding and confusion, you should ask the staff about this they might know why.

Now that you know what you can improve on, you can always go make ten more posts with the staff's suggestions in mind (see here for confirmation on that)--Ryan and Mikey are both good guys and considering your post quality here, I don't think you'd have much trouble getting in.

Yea, kavin is a great.. his posts are always useful so I didn't think he would have any problems. But as I suggested its best to ask Ryan or Mickey.

kavin, 12 of the 13 posts that you made were one liners. The other post was two lines.

We expect more out of our posters than short comments like that. As we said before, you are able to try again to be approved, but in order to be approved, you'll need to make longer posts - and even better, new threads.
