Well we all know XenForo comes built in with many social features such as the likes system similar to facebook. So the question is what type of a liker are you?

I like almost everything, I just love to click the like button. Are you a liker like me Or you like things once in a while, or when things really interest you?

Xenforo in my eyes is used for professional forums, gaming forums that are going to be using Xenforo would not match atall in my eyes, unless the skin is really good, AdminBB skin is amazing and professional the only reason i only use it is for Professional reasons and to help Kaiser out.

Not as much as you are, Kaiser (haha), but I do, like, like liking things. :P I generally keep it restricted to posts that I find useful or funny, though. It's nice to use it to encourage new members to come back to the forum--t'is the power of XF's alert system. :D

Haha i know right, reputation isnt even fun, its fun to click the like, and its easy to click, unlike reputation where you have to go to their profile and rate them.

I like the like system, it's kind of like a thanks system

But its much better as you can always click a like, but not a thanks button if you know what im trying to say.

well it all depends on the settings of the thanks mod I guess, as the ones I've used before, it's had every feature in it (thank, unthank, list of users who thanked, etc.) similar to the like system here. The only difference is that it's built into the software and a like system is used when you like what you see, and a thanks is when you want to thank someone for saying something, etc.

Exactly. It adds a different meaning than thanks

Yea exactly, a like can always be clicked just with a thanks its limited. Some still may not understand what im trying to say here., But you get the point.

I'll like something if I really like it, but I don't go overboard and like everything I see that's good.

I'm much more conservative with features such as "like" or "reputation". The post or thread really should be doing something for me or contain something profound for me to click on it. I absolutely like the "like" feature on xF though. ;)

I enjoy using the "Like" feature more than I expected. I've used reputations systems from IPB and "Thanks" from vBulletin but it isn't the same as XenForo. XF has done a great job creating a fun software. It makes posting very enjoyable.
