    So how many domains do you guys own? Right now I have 2. Unlike others I dont spend money on domains that I dont need. I see alot of people buying domains just for fun.

    I have 15-20 domains. If I see a profitable domain or a domain which goes well with a future development then I will purchase it.

    I guess for the average web user it's a lot. There are people with over 100 and the occasional domainer with over 200.

    I agree, domainers buy it for profit, they buy a nice domain with good key terms then sell it for more.

    No, it's the fact that PH is planning to become a proper registered company, therefore we want to secure as many of the domain extensions as possible, to stop look-a-likes propping up, etc.

    Oh thats nice, what do you have to do to become a offical company? Dont you need some type of government license or something like that?

    yes, I will need official paperwork and it costs like £50-£200 GBP depending on what status I want, etc. but PH does not qualify for it yet as we do not have enough owners in the UK eligible to continue with the paperwork, etc.

    Oh okay, but it sounds pretty easy to get it registered as a company.

    I would get AdminBB registered just for the fun of it, but since we dont offer any services I dont see a reason.

    After letting a bunch of them drop (i.e. QWRL.com, PS3Tag.com, etc.), I'm down to these two: P8i.com and KenKutaragi.com.

    Yea that is enough, I wouldn't buy/keep a domain if I didn't have any plans to use it.

    I currently own one domain -> music-junkies.net

    I don't see the point in buying a bunch of domains that I'll probably never use. :P
